Black Lives Matter. Today at Cornerstone, we are recognizing Juneteenth, and all that it represents for America. While Juneteenth has historically marked the anniversary of the liberation of those who were enslaved, we know that there is much progress yet to be made until we see true liberation and justice. We are committed to embodying this belief in our hiring, our daily practices at the firm, and in our work with clients.... Though we are a long way from done with this work as a country, we have been so encouraged to see the progress being made in our own backyard. We stand with the policy-makers who are working to make imperative changes in our political and criminal justice systems, and - most importantly - we stand with our POC brothers and sisters.
