Good evening friends. So remember this morning I posted about the Crock Pot Cheesesteaks? Well, here they are, finished product. Cooked for about 7 hours, then on rolls with cheddar cheese, in the oven for just a few minutes and bam!! Crock Pot Cheesesteak.

#coronabutcherrecipes So I wanted to share my chuck roast recipe. Super easy and super delicious!! So I made one tonight in my Instantpot. I like to sea salt, garlic powder, pepper, oregano, thyme and rosemary both sides. Get your pan nice and hot, add a little olive oil, start to brown the roast, 5 min each side, get a whole garlic bulb, slice in half, sear that baby as well!! Take the roast out, pour red wine, let the pan deglaze, after just a quick brief time, pour the w...ine along with all the little scrapings in with the roast, add beef broth, I like to add fresh oregano, carrots, more fresh rosemary and bay leaves. And of course the whole garlic bulb. I put for 45 min. Then when done, take the roast out, strain the broth so ya get the herbs and carrots out, thicken it up. Cut your roast up, mix with the thick broth (gravy), then over egg noodles. Soooooo good!!!! See more
