I wander so much about Xylatol sweetener that is used now in a lot of products. If it kills big dogs, what does it do to a human. Please read the labels... it is in peanut butter, puddin, and many other items that your dog could eat. It kills....

I thought this stuff was pulled before.... please stop using HARTZ products for your pets..... they kill....

Another heads up guys.... Plants can kill our house hold beloved pets.... This little girl lost her life....

Well, as the busy season for a dog boarding kennel comes to a close, I must say it has been an interesting year. My weekends were busy which was the biggest help to pay our bills, and most weeks were empty during the week. A lot of short timers we like to call weekenders, but it paid the electric and expenses we have here associated with the kennel after taxes of course. Death and taxes... always there.... I must say a big thank you to those who ventured out into this crazy c...ovid pandemic, and riots and mobs. We still have to get out there and live in some kind of normal. We appreciate our clients, and even though the year was a bit strange to say the least. If not for you, we would not have been able to function. To those that had booked, and canceled.... we understand... it is scary and a lot of places you may want to see are closed, so why go... But, even though things are turned upside down this year. If you book at a kennel or anywhere. If you are not going to show up...please call and cancel. I have wasted a lot of hours waiting on folks that did not cancel, and did not show up. Respect those in business enough to give them a call and say you will not make it. Really it's the polite thing to do. This year my business was cut short by more then half. So far, it don't look like I will even catch up to my first year I was open for business. Hopefully this year can be placed into my bad memory box, and be forgotten. I will instead look forward to next year, and think of it as a new start, a new beginning. We can all dream right.... See more

Be aware , where you allow your dogs to drink. A warden at Memorial lake left a dog owner know that they had some green algae. This will cause vomiting, and the runs, and it can kill your dog. Do not them them drink from any standing water. This at times is nothing that you can actually see. I know that a water supply is where they want to go, or take a dip. Juist be aware of all warning signs. Look it up, and learn all you can about it.

Our daughters dog came back home last night. Thank you all so much for sharing. This was truly the miracle they were looking for...

We still have not found sweet Emmie Lou. Please share the heck out of this. Our kids want their puppy back home. We thought by now she would come sneaking in the yard, but there has been no sign of her at all other then Saturday, running down 443 to Gold Mine Road. Starting to think someone picked her up. Thinking about her out in the rain, when she is used to being home just breaks my heart. Please share.... we need to get her back home...

Please, if you have ang knowledge of her where abouts , or have seen this sweet girl. Bring her back home where she belongs. Her family is missing her like crazy.

No news yet on sweet Emmy Lou. She was last seen going down 443 towards Gold Mine Road on Saturday. Do not chase her... but by now I think she is hungry and very scared, and just wants her people.
