***Funeral Details for Chief Engineer Edward Bookmyer*** A graveside service will be this Saturday 2/6/2021. Held at:... Water’s Edge United Methodist Church 471 Abels Road Wrightsville, Pa. Service will start at approximately 1100hrs. We ask that any departments wishing to attend, meet at the Dollar General(across street from cemetery) no later than 1030hrs. Fire Police will direct you where to park. If you plan to attend, contact Fire Chief Jesse Frantz at 717-887-5635(text messages preferred). Also, any Fire Police able to help with traffic control contact FP41-1 Jim Haugh at 717-885-7041.

We’d like to congratulate Capt. Merv Dellinger and wife Savannah on the birth of their son, Waylon. Waylon was born Tuesday 9/8. Both mom and baby are doing well and resting at home.

Saturday evening, members and families were finally able to gather and celebrate the marriage of Lieutenant Josh Frantz and his wife Nikki. They were officially married in May, but with the state restrictions they weren’t able to have their reception until recently. Once again, we’d like to congratulate them and wish them many years of happiness!! Thanks to Station 31(Newberry) for covering our area while we attended the wedding.

We’d like to congratulate Firefighters Mark Perkins, Blaise Groff, and Austin Tracey on completing their Interior Firefighting Class. This class is the 4th class in the Essentials of Firefighting Series, which is over 160 hours total.
