We are closing Wednesday November 25th at 3pm and will not reopen until Wednesday December 2nd. Our office staff is once again going to be scarce this week out of precaution. Please be patient if you are trying to call. Leaving a message is more effective than calling over and over. We will still have some service techs working while we are closed. If you have an appointment scheduled it is still on. Come stock up between now and then on your pellets! Also, Green Mountian Pellet Grills are on sale until December 20th. That would make a great Christmas gift Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone !!!!

We are experiencing Comcast phone and internet issues. If you are trying to reach us and can’t, we are OPEN 9-1 today!

All tests were negative so we are back in full force! . Open 9-5. Remember, we can have private appointments set up to view our products if you would prefer. You can also buy pellets by calling in from the parking lot and picking them up out back if you’d prefer. Thank you!

Our building was professionally cleaned over the weekend and we are open 9-5 today. However, we are severely under staffed as employees who had possible exposure are waiting on test results. (Out of precaution). We have have 1 person in the office today instead of the usual 3. If you need to call, leave a message and you will be called back in the order in which messages are received. If you come to the store and no one is out front, I am either with another customer or out back loading pellets and I will be with you ASAP. Thank you for your patience!

We have had possible exposure to someone with symptoms at our office. Out of precaution, we are closing the store until Monday to have it professionally cleaned. Our service guys are still out handling heating calls so don’t panic if you have an appointment scheduled! Comcast is having issues in the Burnham/Yeagertown area, again. We are trying to answer the phone and nothing is there. Please bear with us until this gets resolved. We are open until 5 today even if you can’t through over the phone.
