Penn State CrossFit Club's THON Child, Lily, got an amazing surprise when the Jonas Brothers stopped in to visit her when she couldn't attend their concert due to a chemotherapy session. We are so excited for Lily!!!!!

Ashley, Lakshmi, and Mya were amazing this weekend as they completed the 2019 Penn State Dance Marathon! 46 hours of dancing, no sitting, and most importantly raising money and awareness for the Four Diamonds, which helps children and their families fight childhood cancer. A huge shoutout of love and respect to the Penn State Crossfit Club ... you were awesome supporting the Jordan Family, Ashley Rutan, Lakshmi Hirpara, and Mya Gladysiewski!!

Our new home! We can't wait to WOD in the fresh air! With running trails up and down the mountains, a bar for muscle ups on the trees, a lake for swimming, and an amazing barn outfitted with traditional CrossFit equipment, there are certainly many ways to workout in paradise!
