It's another cold day in Slippery Rock, Pa., however, it's also a hockey and photography day. And that just warms my heart! This weekend is full of birthday and glitter sessions. Another Before and After image for you all. Sometimes I sit and wonder if an accessory would look better in a different color. Wha la! Not only does this editing option save me money on props but it gives the client so many more options in their gallery. ;)... Which color hat do you prefer?

The magic of a glitter session only continues during the editing process. The clients are not the only ones who get to have fun. ;)

GLITTER MINI SESSIONS: Save the date! Sessions will be held Sunday, Feb. 21st at the studio. Two packages will be available:... Standard Session is $125 and includes your session, access to lots of fun accessories and wardrobe, a full gallery of all your edited images, a password to download 7 photos, and print release. Storybook Package: This package is $199 and includes the Standard Session as well as a customized, printed Glitter Fairy storybook for you to keep. This 10x10 album features your images alongside a story about Glitter Fairies; a story I wrote for my girlies. ;) (The storybook alone is $99, but discounted in this package.) Calling all 2020 Glitter Clients: Last year, I launched a side business to combine my love of writing and design; creating storybook albums for my clients! The first of these designs is exclusively for glitter sessions- and I love it with all my heart. One of my labs posted a flash sale on Photo Books through tomorrow at midnight. These storybooks would make the cutest Valentine's Day gift for your little girlies. ;)... If you are interested in putting together a Glitter Storybook with last year's images, there is still time. And for 2021 clients, one of this year's packages will include your very own, personalized copy! All of my unique storybook designs will be available on Etsy soon!

Glitter, glitter everywhere, All over my studio- but I don't care! That's, right...glitter sessions are coming back!... Starting in February, every month will have a mini session theme. Glitter will be held in February (pending any closures). Last year, the theme was gold. This year, I'm going silver! Dates and times are TBD. But these sessions filled up quickly last year. These sessions seem just like yesterday. So many beautiful babies, families, milestones and moments captured. Thank you for a wonderful year!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Although I am late to offer my blessings this holiday season, I want you all to know how much your support means to my family and me. I truly consider my clients as friends. We share hours together chatting, capturing precious moments, sharing information and supporting one another through a variety of life's ventures. I sat here today wondering, despite the pandemic, just how many chats I've had with you all. You will not believe these... stats! Last year, I had 106 sessions (including 3 schools). This year...there were 93 (including 4 schools/co-ops)! I cannot believe it. The studio was shut down for weeks but despite the closure, we were still able to safely gather to record your precious milestones. Thank you, thank you, thank you. When so many businesses are struggling, you've helped my family and me to stay alive, both figuratively and literally. (Mentally, I NEEDED to see you all, have conversations, be creative and keep working!) Just for fun, I'm posting most of the sneak peeks to reflect upon 2020. It was tough. BOY, was it a tough year. Nonetheless, I pray we may be able to hang out and capture more moments together in 2021. This year, there are some exciting session opportunities in the works. Please feel free to message me if you have any ideas or thoughts for this year's sessions. My work is meaningful to me because it is hopefully meaningful to you and your family, as well.
