CKd recently completed an Aging-in-Place project in downtown Swarthmore. A modest addition that replaces a deck and mudroom with a bright and sunny family room that will morph into a main level bedroom as the owners age. Improvements include a fully accessible bathroom, laundry, and a small deck all at the same floor level. The addition blends seamlessly into the existing house maintaining the unique character this iconic Swarthmore house.
