If you have ANY Covid-19 symp...toms please make us aware prior to your appointment. We ask that you come alone unless a minor then ONE parent per patient. If you have been in contact with a confirmed Covid patient, or if you have travelled out of state please make us aware prior to appointment. Just a friendly reminder anyone who was scheduled in March, April, May, or June that still needs to reschedule due to Coivd-19 please call the office to do so. Also our OFFICE HOURS HAVE CHANGED anyone that had an appointment 4:30 pm or after and has not been rescheduled please call the office so we can get you rescheduled if we have not yet done so.
