Dear Valued Dae Bak Restaurant Customers, With the arrival of Coronavirus in our area, we feel it is necessary to assure our customers that we are continuously monitoring ALL information released by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) very closely. Although, the CDC considers the risk of contracting COVID-19 low, we are taking the health and safety of our staff and community very seriously. Our wonderful staff is working together very hard to ensure you have a safe place for... your dine-in, pick up needs. We feel it necessary to not only reiterate the CDC's guidelines for prevention but to communicate our own prevention guidelines as it pertains to our staff. The CDC has recommended the following guidelines to prevent sickness. Rest assured we have communicated these as well as additional measures with our staff. We encourage our community to also review the current CDC guidelines as it continuously evolves. Avoid close contact with individuals who are showing signs of sickness. Washing of hands frequently for a minimum of 20 seconds with soap and hot water. Use a hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Frequently clean high touch areas in your environment using a regular household cleaner. Stay home if you show signs of sickness. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue or the inside of your elbow. Follow with a thorough hand washing. We have communicated and will continuously enforce the above guidelines with our staff. Our staff will be monitoring their own health closely. If they feel sick in anyway, they will self-quarantine themselves. All employees are required to wash their hands according to the CDC's guidelines before and after each service. Work spaces such as chairs, counters, etc. will be cleaned according to the CDC's guidelines before every service and high-touch areas will be cleaned. We would like to ask our clients to consider the following addition.
