Using the DeWalt radial arm saw to cut four dadoes in each cabinet side, using one set-up for both left and right cabinet sides. The cabinet top, bottom, and two fixed shelves will sit in the dadoes.

Well, there it is; 161 shelves and 81 sides. Peanut stacked them while I ripped and crosscut them. 1961 Delta Unisaw and 1962 Delta L-40-C 14" 3hp radial arm saw, the operator is a little older.

Put a dent in it; started this afternoon, 7 of 20 sheets cut. This will be 40 open shelving units for Camp Galil. Cutting 80 sides and 160 shelves. ... Ripping the sheets on the Unisaw, then crosscutting using multiple flip-stops on the 14" radial arm saw.

The cherry bowl is 9-1/2" x 4-1/4", plus a couple of smaller oak burl bowls just completed.

Something easy - a 12" tall, 20" diameter octagon pattern for a bronze casting. Width of each side? sin(Pi/8) x 20, with the sine in Radians.

This Walker-Turner 10" bandsaw is over 80 years old, and still runs smooth. I'm using it with a metal cutting blade to cut 1/16" nickel brass, to make T-brackets.
