Shout out to our team member Courtney Sunderland. Courtney participated in Dasher Academy during the 3rd quarter of the year. At the end of the training, participants are encouraged to complete a project that helps enhance the skills they learned. Courtney choose to work with the Salvation Army of Harrisburg and adopted a family. She organized, planned, and scheduled all the activities that were involved. She had a few bumps, but because of her learning in the Dasher Academy, she was able to overcome those issues. Way to go Courtney for the great job. The adopted family was so grateful and appreciative.

We want to send a shout out to one of our team members, Joe Leaks. In this season of giving, he was able to collect and donate 55 turkeys to Tri County Community Action to help assist families in need this holiday season. Way to go Joe! https://bit.ly/2V3cTfK

This week we are being relentless about improvement. At Dasher, we don't like the saying "It's always been done that way." We look for ways to improve our processes and continue to grow.

As one of Dasher's core values, Able to Learn has been a strong value these last few months. Our team has transitioned from being in the office to working from home. We have also had the opportunity to expand our skills in the Microsoft suite by taking classes on ThinkZoom. Let us know some of the way you continue to learn everyday? Share in the comments below.

This week at Dasher we are obsessed about organization. How do you stay organized? Here are a few tips: 1. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. 2. Use an effective task management system to prioritize and track responsibilities. ... 3. Record a follow up date for every action and follow up without being reminded. During these difficult times, here at Dasher we are still living our values and the behaviors that go with them. This week our behavior is "create a tone of friendliness and warmth."
