"It has become apparent that the seller’s and their relator took advantage of Sarah, a disabled veteran, and single mother, hoping she would not realize their decept...ion. As the home’s true condition was realized, contractors were called in to evaluate the property. She began to document all of the overlooked code violations and hazardous conditions. Estimates were collected and repairs began to make the home safe. Sarah and her significant other have already spent thousands on repairs and are in severe debt with thousands more needed just get the home the value and safe condition the home was claimed to be in when purchased."
