Where an athlete focuses can have a huge effect on their movement. In this example this young lady was asked to just focus on parts of the ball. As you can see her swing mechanics changed based on where she was asked to focus. So my recommendation for movement based coaches is understand perception. Perception drives action. Action drives perception.
