In 2020 all parts of our lives had a shake uphow we work out, what we eat, the products we put on our faces, the way we rest. Our homes became our sanctuariesand our offices, gyms, classrooms, and so much more. The reverberations of those changes will be felt into 2021 and beyond. These are the trends I see continuing to develop in 2021.
