Testimonial Tuesday I am more than pleased with the consistently exceptional service that I receive when I deal with the DeLucia & DeZomba Agency. The friendly staff does everything possible to make each insurance transaction as quick and painless as possible. A nice personal touch is that the staff asks for my name when I call the office, never for my account or policy number. I appreciate being treated like a human being.... The agency had even submitted a claim for me at one time -- how often does that happen nowadays? Without exception, my prior experience has been that an agency directs me to call the toll-free number of the insurance carrier, then promptly washes its hands of the matter. All of these things are noticed and remembered. They point to an organization built on character. I trust these good folks implicitly. I suspect that most long-term clients feel the same.
