Someone didn't receive Absentee Ballot yet??? It is crucial that everyone votes so I'm sharing this as I've gotten this question quite a number of times. Someone I know did not yet receive their ABSENTEE Ballot. What should we do? (Not just for students). Check with your county if you don't live in MONTCO. Must be NOW or will be TOO LATE.... MONTCO ONLY: Know someone out of town (a college student perhaps) who never got their absentee ballot and are now freaking out? There is still plenty of time for them to vote and this is how: Have student print a Request to Cancel and Replace form (https://www.montcopa.org//Request-to-Cancel-A-Mail-In-Ball) and fill it out Scan filled out form and email (or fax) it to someone local (a parent?) who will print it Take form and 2 prepaid overnight FedEx or UPS envelopes to Voter Services (either the satellite office or to the County office) where they will issue a new ballot on the spot. Parent must address one of the prepaid overnight FedEx or UPS envelopes (see address below) and this one should be included with the new ballot in the other prepaid overnight envelope. Take that to a UPS or FedEx drop off. When student receives the overnighted ballot, fill in the 7 Democrat candidate bubbles completely with a black pen, put ballot in the security envelope, seal that, put that envelope in official envelope and sign and date that where indicated, Immediately send ballot back using the overnight (3rd) envelope with this address on it: Montgomery County Voter Services One Montgomery Plaza 425 Swede St. Suite 602 Norristown, PA 19401 The ballot must be received by Voter Services by November 3, 2020.

A must read from David Broida from July. You should read and share this now. He is a DJOP Board member and in fact a founding member.

Quid pro quo: Repubs in the key battleground state of Pennsylvania want the Supreme Court to rule on whether ballots received after Election Day can be counted. W/the state still very much up for grabs & its 20 Electoral College votes possibly being the key to who the country’s next president is, both Repubs and Dems are heavily invested in what happens to those late-arriving ballots.
