Devoted To You

"The moments of happiness we enjoy can sometimes take us by surprise. It is not that we seize them, but that they seize us." I was so drawn to this quote because as a wedding planner, you might think that the details of the wedding day are what make me happy...seeing all the hard work come together and pay off in a gorgeous way. And don't get me wrong...that does make me extremely happy. But this. THIS is what it's all about and why I do what I do. Just LOOK at the love, happ...iness and pure raw emotion in the faces of these couples. These are the faces of all of my 2015 couples that graciously trusted me with those details so that they could live in the moment and experience the day with the people that are most important to them. And what's most important to me is knowing that no matter how crazy and stressful this can get...it all comes down to those moments where I am "seized" by the love and happiness that is felt on each wedding day. There is no other job in the world that I would rather be doing and to each one of my couples, I say THANK YOU. Thank you for allowing me to be such a special and important part of your day.
