Dear Lotus family! We bring you important updates as to how we’ll be handling the re-opening of our salon. We are following the state’s COVID-19 protocols and guidelines to keep everyone safe. We’ll be checking temperatures upon entry. Our technicians are only allowed to work with clients whose temperature is below 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit. Anyone who enters in our shop are required to don face masks for the safety of you and everyone in our salon.... Anyone who feels ill, we ask that you be patient and call to reschedule! Your health is always the top priority. We will now be running by appointments only. Our store capacity is now limited to keep the number of people in one place as low as we can while implementing the safe social distancing of 6 feet between each person. Therefore, there will be a fee of 10% of the service requested if the client fails to make it to their appointment without a prior 24 hour notice and cancellation, as we are no longer taking in walk-ins to fill the space if you cannot make it. In addition, our menu has been updated to add $3 extra for every service. We recommend that you do not come early to your appointment as our waiting area is now closed and we can not permit above the limited amount of people into our store. Therefore, those who come early must wait either outside or in your vehicle. In addition, please do not bring any guests to accompany you unless they also have an appointment at that time as well. Again, our waiting area is closed and we cannot hold extra seats for any visitors who do not have an appointment. Thank you all for your patience as we work hard to re-open our doors!
