We are only one week away from our upcoming event! To get you excited for next Friday, we thought we'd give you a little *taste* of what's to come. We will be ...joined by Hemauer Brewing Co and their delicious McFaddens. The McFadden is their Irish Red Ale, malty and slightly sweet, balanced by earthy notes from the hops. Pale and Caramel malts give the beer its gorgeous, deep red color and unique caramel flavor. The sweetness of the malt is nicely balanced by a distinct hop bitterness and an earthy note from the English hops. YUM. See more

From your friends at NYCHAPS, we wanted to wish you a very happy and healthy holiday season! As the New Year approaches, many will breathe a sigh of relief. But before the year ends on December 31, those of you who support your favorite non-profits can make 2020 more memorable for NYCHAPS!! Through legislation passed earlier this year, the Federal Coronavirus Aid Relief and Economic Security Act implemented temporary tax provisions to encourage charitable giving. According to... the IRS website, individual taxpayers can claim an above-the-line deduction of up to $300 for cash donations to charity in 2020, which means the deduction lowers both adjusted gross income and taxable income translating into tax savings for those making donations to tax-exempt organizations like NYCHAPS. Gifts may be for any charitable purpose and are not limited to gifts for COVID-19 relief efforts and must be made by December 31. Thank you for your continued support as we wrap up 2020 and look forward to all that 2021 has to offer! Thanks to everyone for your interest in the Chubbs. They are officially all sold. We do still have weisswurst sausages available for $15 per pack, 4 in a pack. These are handmade using a traditional German weisswurst recipe. Highlights of flavors include fresh herbs, ground mace, and fresh lemon peel. These sausages are best served poached or lightly grilled and served with grainy Bavarian mustard.
