Giant house I finished a few months ago in Ripley. Lots n lots of hours on this house but well worth it.

Another one of the 3 new homes I have done so far this year. This one I was responsible for doing the tile floors as well.... this house is for sale as well so if you're interested and would like to have a personal tour of it, just let me know and I can put you in touch with the right people!

So here is a before and after of what I do 80% of the year. When I walk into a new home I am responsible to install everything interior, except the floors in this home. This home I installed all cabinetry, built custom columns, mantle, window seat, hung all the doors,installed all casing, base and shoe molding. I also put up crown in the strayed ceilings in the formal dining room and master bedroom. All the handrails, walker caps, newel posts and balusters were also installed by me. Long project but worth it!

Custom window seat finished up today. Extended the seating are 13" and added a custom bookshelf and a cushion made with marine fabric and high density foam so it's comfortable and durable to nap on. The material will not fade nor will it be harmed by moisture. I love projects like this
