I take a lot of phone calls from people who purchased hard surface flooring at other stores. The number one reason for the call is they do not know how to care for it. The number one reason for the call is the floor looks streaked / smeared / hazy after cleaning. My first question is what is the product? The second is: What have you been using to clean it?
