Donlevy's Auto Service

The Service Advisor will interact with the customers about necessary service for routine maintenance, and help identify mechanical problem by questioning the customer. They will also discuss inspection results, recommend corrective procedures, and prepare work orders for needed repairs. When the work is completed on the vehicle the Service Advisor will create repair orders showing time, cost, labor, and write brief description of the problem on the repair order. Then explain ...the work to the customer. Job Duties: -Schedule appointments -Greet customers -Write up customer problems on a repair order -Completing accurate written estimates -Dispatch repair orders -Handles phone calls regarding appointments and work in progress - Maintains a professional appearance and clean workspace - Other duties as assigned Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent -Experience a plus but will train -Knowledge of computers, internet, and management systems -Customer service skills and maintain composure under stress -Ability to read, write, and comprehend - Ability to present information to customers or employees -Knowledge of basic math -Valid Pa drivers license
