Have you checked your #AutoPolicy lately? This time of year, we get the Health Insurance Ads, picking our policies as individuals, or maybe even for your company. When picking the right plan, they disclose all of the important information, what is covered, what isnt, what you're paying for, etc; So you can compare properly. Have you done this for your Auto Insurance? Each company has certain figures they insure you for... but are you sure you're comparing apples to apples? Not each company pays for equivalent parts on your vehicle if it needs to be repaired. If you need advice on comparing your policies, we are willing to give you our thoughts on working with these various companies and how they actually represent YOU; which they ALL should be doing!

Let's talk, and raise a real issue to our local state representatives. Rate Suppression by Insurance Carriers, unsafe parts utilization, and repair pressure. While these companies spend money advertising, telling you how much money you can save; they do so at the expense of safety, quality, and fair labor practices. They continue to attempt to "tell" shops what the "going rate" is in the area. They continue to try and force customers to have inferior quality (lowest cost av...ailable, non certified, poor corrosion protection) parts installed on their vehicles; even against the guidelines of the OEM repair procedures..... Unfortunately, the PA Insurance Commission refuses to hold these companies accountable for these wrongful, unsafe, practices. From 2011 to 2020, the US Inflation rate is 15.7% (total increase) From 2011 to 2020, the labor rate insurance companies are willing to pay has increased between 8-10% depending on the company. Our retail rate for Body Labor, is currently $57/hr (most insurance companies refuse to pay this) Our Mechanical Rate is $82/hr; also which insurance companies are mostly unwilling to pay without a fight. It is common for health insurance, general auto and liability insurance to increase premiums 10-20% PER YEAR.... Dealerships, other "chain" mechanical garages, are charging over $100/hr ! Yet, the very same techs who are fixing the structural integrity of your vehicle are suppressed to what amounts to HALF that rate. We try to provide the highest quality, safest repairs for all of our customers and our entire community. Unfortunately, it is extremely difficult for individual shops to fight large insurance conglomerates in the legal system effectively. ***ROLLBACK FOR SALE*** 2004 International 4300 DT466 - Red - Miller Industries - Chevron S-10 Aluminum Bed - 4x2 - Manual Eaton Transmission (Has been rebuilt once) - DT466 Engine was rebuilt within the last 5 to 10,000 miles. Truck did sit for roughly 2 years without being used. Was just serviced, greased, PA inspected and had new REAR Brake Calipers, Pads & Hardware replaced. Drained, purged and bled hydraulic brake system with all fresh DOT 3 Brake Fluid. Wiring issue cau...sed rear tail lights to not work, wiring was diagnosed and fixed. LED Emergency Lightbar (Amber) works. Muncie Hot shift PTO. Winch cable was also just replaced October 11, 2019. Truck is Red in color and has primer spots where previous repair were made to the fiberglass. Odometer shows 510,xxx miles on it. Engine was rebuilt by a local Diesel Garage within 5-10k miles of whats shown, Transmission was rebuilt also within 25k miles of what odometer shows also.
