We are sad to announce that Jason Garrett, a 20-year employee of DCC in our grounds department, passed away unexpectedly last week at age 46. Jason was an exceptional mechanic and worked under three different superintendents in his time. Jason was a dear friend and respected colleague to all. Our thoughts go out to his wife, Kristin, and his entire family. A GoFundMe has been started by DCC members to assist Kristin Garrett during this overwhelming time. What it looks like to feed 400 people curbside takeout Thanksgiving meals...a big shoutout to Chef Jason and his team for the more than 6 days of prep to get ready for today! (By the way, that first shot of the video is everything that comes in just one box for a family of four! )

Our intimate cooking demo is under way! Executive Chef Jason Hembree is showing a small group how to construct three different dishes from start to finish and throwing in some kitchen tips along the way. And of course lots of sampling is taking place too
