Thanks to everyone who helped with the annual spring clean-up at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery in #Dravosburg.
History is unfolding right now, before our eyes, because of the COVID-19 virus. The Dravosburg Archives mission is to preserve our borough’s history and this is a golden opportunity to record our current #pandemic experiences, thoughts and stories for the future. We are asking current and former Dravosburg residents to share their pandemic story, so that years from now when people may be curious about how it was to live through a pandemic, we will have many amazing answer...s to those questions, preserved in our archives. Included below are some suggestions for what you might want to share are. Thank you in advance for sharing your pandemic story with us on our Facebook page, or you can email it to: DravosburgArchives[at]gmail[dot]com. (Replace the @ and the .) #Dravosburg Your Name Your connection to Dravosburg Your COVID-19 Pandemic Story, which is still being written, and can be added to in the weeks ahead o What changed for you? o What inspired you? o What event or activity do you miss most? o What did the confinement cause you to do that you would not have done otherwise? o How did you help younger children to understand what is happening? o Has the confinement caused you to rethink your priorities? o What do you plan to do first when the confinement is lifted ? o For what or for whom were you most thankful?
