The Next Step Program is offering a workshop on March 22, 2021. During this workshop they will be discussing the importance of beginning the process of transitioning out of high school for people with disabilities before age 14. Skills for work and life after high school are rarely focused on prior to age 14. The TNS team plans to discuss ways that educators, as well as parents, can start to embed these skills into school and home life prior to age 14.
