Head Artist and Owner of Dream Weaver SMP, Rob Weaver was born and raised in the heart of York, PA. He developed a passion for tattooing as a teenager, but soon found that the field did not fulfill him. As he began to suffer from thinning hair and male pattern baldness, he searched for solutions and discovered scalp micropigmentation. Able to use his tattooing skills to change the lives and increase the confidence of men and women in his community, he quickly fell in love with the industry. Today he offers an industry-leading service of Scalp Micropigmentation, treating male pattern baldness, hair fillers for women, and scar camouflage.
