Founded in 1974, Sasha Bruce Youthwork is one of the largest and most experienced providers of services to youth in Washington, DC. Lawyers, staff and family members in our Dallas office volunteered their time yesterday in support of Hope Supply Co. Founded in 1989, Hope Supply Co. meets the critical needs of homeless and at-risk children across North Texas by providing necessities including diapers, clothing, school supplies, toys and programs to enhance their lives. Today in Philadelphia, more than 100 Drinker Biddle volunteers created care packages for Covenant House Pennsylvania. Last month, partner David Williams, associate Sandra Lopez and other fellow members of the associate board of the Saint Anthony Hospital Foundation in Chicago coordinated the distribution of Thanksgiving baskets to 50 families from Saint Anthony’s neighboring communities. Baskets included grocery gift cards, a turkey or ham as well as non-perishable ingredients that reflected holiday traditions of the diverse communities served by Saint Anthony Hospital.
