Just a reminder folks...the dojo will be closed tomorrow july 3rd for the holiday. Have a safe and fun holiday weekend!

Hi everyone! Well, its been 3 long months and the dojo will be reopening tomorrow, Friday June 19th for the 5:30 class. Next week we will be going back to the regular schedule. Will have to see what kind of turn out we have....if turnout if low for now, we may consolidate some classes until everyone is ready to come in. We will be practicing proper distancing, keep everyone apart as well as practicing with no contact to keep everyone safe. Hoping to see everyone soon! Give me a shout back to let me know who's planning on coming in.

To all my students and parents of the Driscoll Institute of the Martial Arts...Hoping that everyone has been healthy and safe. Looking forward to getting back to working with everyone in the dojo. In the meantime, we would like to possibly have a virtual tournament to replace our kids tournament that was cancelled in April due to the virus. The events would be for solo kata and weapons forms. The students would have themselves filmed performing their forms and send them to us... by the deadline. The black belt instructors will then review the videos and determine what places each student would receive. So, if anyone is interested please get back to me on here on what event and what form you ll be performing. If we have enough of a response, I ll set a date for the deadline of video submissions. Let s get practicing and show us your best! Miss you all!
