Thank you all for your patience during the last two months. Due to the dynamic nature of the COVID-19 crisis, we had to limit our services to strictly emergency care for 8 weeks. Following new guidance from the PA Department of Health we are working towards opening our practice to routine dental care. Like many other aspects of our lives, currently, routine care doesn't necessarily mean we will be back to "business as usual." We are finalizing our protocols and training o...ur staff on new, more stringent efforts for infection control. As you may have noticed during your visits, we have always placed emphasis on infection control and the safety of our patients and staff. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example: Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office. Patients will be asked to wear a mask when in the office. Please do not bring other people along with you to your appointment or they may be asked to wait in the vehicle. Children will be allowed 1 accompanying adult with them in the treatment area. Your temperature will be taken upon entering the building. Any temperatures exceeding 100.4 degrees will be rescheduled. We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. You will also find some in the reception area and other places in the office for you to use as needed. Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment. We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time. If you had an appointment that had to be cancelled, please expect one of our staff members to contact you in the coming weeks to re-schedule. Due to the busy nature of our practice and the fact that we are rescheduling many patients, while attempting to space appointments out; your next scheduled appointment may not be as timely as we would like. Your dental care is very important to us. We will try to do our best at accommodating your needs while adhering to current standards as they pertain to social distancing. We hope to see you soon. Thanks, again, for your patience. -Dr. Raymond and Team

Due to the evolving events surrounding the COVID-19 virus, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close our dental office. We will be rescheduling all routine appointments from now until March 30th, at the earliest. This schedule change will, undoubtedly, be an inconvenience for many of our patients. Please understand that we have to balance the needs of our patients with the safety of our patients, staff and family. We also have to realize where we are in th...e grand picture of public health. We have taken all information from national and state agencies into consideration while coming to this difficult decision. It is our hope that by limiting the potential for virus transmission we can help flatten the curve of this epidemic and get back to normal lives sooner than later. We will have limited time slots available for true dental emergencies. A dental emergency is classified as swelling, constant pain, or trauma to the teeth. Please understand that anything that is not deemed to be an emergency will have to be scheduled after we return to our normal hours. Emergency fees may apply. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please stay healthy and think of others in this difficult time.

Our office is continuing to monitor the evolving situation of the COVID-19 virus. Our first priority is always the health and safety of our patients, staff and family. Please be advised that there will be increased protective measures taken at our office for the foreseeable future. If you have traveled outside the country in the last month, or someone in your home has, please call us to reschedule any approaching appointments.... If you feel ill, or have flu-like symptoms, please call to reschedule your appointment. You may be asked to wash your hands before entering or leaving the treatment areas. You may be asked to rinse with an antiseptic pre-procedural mouthwash before your procedure. As we attempt to adhere to "social distancing" precautions, we may ask that you wait for your appointment in your vehicle to decrease the number of people congregating in the waiting area. If you would like to remain in your vehicle, you may call or text our office upon your arrival. We will call, text, or come out to get you when your treatment room is prepared for you. Please limit the number of non-patients who accompany scheduled patients to our office. Pediatric patients will be permitted to have 1 adult in the treatment area. Adult patients may be asked to go to the treatment area alone. We may need to adjust our schedule to limit the numbers of patients at any given time. Recent school closings have placed an especially large burden on our staff members with young children. We apologize if we have to reschedule your appointment with limited notice. As always, we adhere to the strictest infection control guidelines. We will do anything necessary to protect the wellbeing of our patients and staff. Our procedures may change as new information becomes available. Thank you for understanding, and thank you for trusting us for your dental care. Now, more than ever, we are all in this together. -Jeff and Team
