Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Overnight position... Responsibilities: Reconcile room and incidental revenues within all systems. Balance and post charges and settlements. Accurately handle future and same day reservations and walk-in guests. Check-in and Check-out guests in an efficient and professional manner. Daily knowledge of in-house groups or functions, and local current events. Basic knowledge of how to operate all Front Office equipment and systems. Excellent communication skills required. Computer experience required. Hotel PMS experience preferred. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some holidays and weekends.
