With what LOOKS to be a return of "normalcy" on the not-so-distant horizon, it would be a great help to me if my customers could check that their pull-lists are organized (dare I say "alphabetized"?) & up-to-date so that my transition from "reclining-man" to "action-plan" is a smooth one.
