A few weeks ago, our own DEREK HOOK presented on the "Pleasure of Hating: A Critical Introduction to the Idea of Racism as 'Enjoyment'" with Sheldon George at Boston College . The webinar had 500 participants (and only because they had to shut down registration because their zoom license only allowed that much). If you missed it, you have another chance - the talk is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch Enjoy :-)

Two cool things about this photo: One - it shows the entrance to the old psychology building - which was on the current academic walk, and of course is no more. Many of our pre 90's friends and alums will remember this building all too well ... even fondly. Two - it shows CARMELO JIMENEZ, class of 1985, who has, since his return to Puerto Rico, worked in the Federal Courts, as a Substance and Drug counselor in the Correctional services, and most recently as a Psychologist in the Puerto Rico Department of Education. It was good catching up with Carmelo - we wish him very well.

Congratulations to Jose Luiggi-Hernandez on another article, in BMC Health Services Research, titled "Radiation oncologists' attitudes and beliefs about intensity-modulated radiation therapy and stereotactic body radiation therapy for prostate cancer." https://bmchealthservres.biomedcentral.com//s12913-020-056
