Our freezer is fixed!! And filled with Thoma meats and Phil and Bill's fabulous kosher ice cream! A huge THANK YOU to Yocum Cooling for their good work, and the Hazelwood YMCA and Father Dan Walsh for lending us freezer space while ours was down.
Awesome mushroom haul today from Magic Mountain Mushrooms! Black oyster, Phoenix oyster like little seashells and some king oysters to round things out - so pretty and so delicious!
Fresh mushrooms for this week - yellow, grey and Phoenix oysters plus king oyster mushrooms! The king oysters are great for vegetarian 'scallops', sauteed in butter with a little minced garlic - really delicious. From Mystic Mountain Mushrooms - locally grown.
