Making some boiler piping repairs for one of our great commercial customers Ridley Park Presbyterian church & nursery school! They have been trusting us for 10 years to handle the plumbing and heating. We had to remove this old leaking discharge piping from boiler pumps and repipe. The way it was piped before made it really hard to work on and everything had to be perfect. System back up and running with no issues! We handle a lot of residential work but we also have some g...reat local commercial accounts we service. Some of them include : Ridley school district , Wallingford swarthmore School district , Parker condos , Charlie’s Hamburgers, Salvatores barber shop , big daddy’s BBQ , borough of Norwood , borough of Morton , sound of tri state , Hunts annex lounge , prospect park hill church , main line endoscopy center, and many more! That famous saying : where does the time go? I can’t answer that question. Its still surreal that a decade ago today I incorporated E. J. Hosbach Mechanical Contractors LLC in the common wealth of Pennsylvania. It was always a dream of mine to be a business owner! It was 26 year old me, my tools, a used Chevy van and not a thing to lose! I promised myself that I would never be one of those big companies that try to sell you things you don’t need and take of advantage of peo...ple. My business plan was different then most. It was not written down or typed up ... it was all in my heart. I wanted to be a local small business with a household name. I wanted to provide expert customer service, 100% quality craftsmanship and leave people satisfied for years to come. Today I am still doing the same exact thing! A lot of things with the business have grown , but my business plan will never change! My heart is in it till the end! It was no easy road. No guaranteed pay checks , sleepless nights , major stress, sacrifice , and non stop work 7 days a week! I chose to wear the business owner hat so I sucked it up and kept grinding. Today I look back and say I would not change it for the world! Yes we do commercial work! Rooftop heating unit replacement completed for Norwood borough hall/Norwood police Dept. This unit was old and had major defects. The heat exchanger was rusted out. No repair can be made ... complete replacement. It was 18 degrees but the guys and I got it done. Great work! Unit up and running and the heat is kickin! New packaged heating and cooling unit Made in the USA by Carrier , new adaptor curb to fit the existing opening , new thermostat , c...ontrol wiring , electrical wiring and gas piping! We do complete heating system replacements. We upgraded this old furnace to a new Lennox 95% efficient furnace. Per 2015 international mechanical code requirement, we also installed a stainless chimney liner for the water heater. You can’t remove an appliance from a chimney and leave one with an oversized chimney ( which a lot of contractors do) We go the extra mile to make things above code , make all the strictest inspectors happy , and leave the customer 100% satisfied for years to come! Meet the owner : 36 year old Evan J. Hosbach is the owner of E.J.Hosbach Mechanical Contractors LLC since 2011. At 26 years old, He ventured out into uncharted waters of running his own company. This February he will celebrate 10 years in business. Evan is a licensed Master Plumber and Certified Plumbing Inspector for Catania Engineering in Folsom Pa. Evan is a graduate from Thaddeus Stevens Trade school in Lancaster Pa. Evan runs the business in all aspects, works with the tools on a lot of bigger jobs and oversees employees handling day to day tasks. Evan takes the utmost pride in his business and the quality of work his company Performs. In his free time, Evan loves hunting, fishing, boating, and taking care of his animals.
