The health of our community is always our first thought every day at the office. We will be open normal hours this coming week. We are stocked with disinfectant and will be thoroughly cleaning the tables between every patient, cleaning switches, door knobs, and hard surfaces. As some of you know keeping out of pain and getting adjusted is known to boost many blood born immune markers so we will be prepared to serve you.... Combine that with zinc, vitamin C, getting outside in the sun, proper sleep, good nutrition, and keeping our stress down might be some of the best advice I can give to stay healthy through this. If you have the known virus symptoms: fever, dry cough, body aches etc., please call to reschedule (or if you just don’t feel comfortable coming out this week). Otherwise we look forward to seeing you!

One of the major issues I see with peoples health is that the part of their nervous system that controls the ability to rest, repair, digest, and relax has stopped working, or slowed down, and the "Fight or Flight" part of the nervous system is running on over drive. Chiropractic adjustments help change that and improve the ability of the rest and repair parts of the nervous system to do their job.
