Update at the ICF house. Cement is poured in the basement and porches. Framing is done plus the windows and doors are in.

More headway on the icf house. Porches are on and sheeted. The well is drilled now and we are getting ready to pour cement floors.

Had a good few days of framing at the icf house.

We knocked out a deck quick while power lines and heat runs were installed over at the icf house.

Its been a little while since we posted anything. The ICF (insulated concrete form) home is moving along. Since last time we have the floor framing in and plumbing in the basement. The foundation wall has the waterproofing on and the egress window wells in. The backfilling is done and we poured the first floor exterior walls today. We will let the bracing on for a few days then we will be starting to stick frame the rest of the house.
