Eastern National Antique Show and Sale

Good morning, Everyone. We hope this post finds you well and healthy. As of today, our fingers are crossed that we will be able to host our show again in May. We are cautiously optimistic that the current trend of vaccines being administered will not slow at that will allow in-person gathering to once again go on. Please stay posted to our page for updates. We hope to have a definitive answer by the end of February.

We had hoped to be able to have our show this November, but circumstances dictate that risks are just too high to be able to safely have an event. We ALL were looking forward to be able to get together. Please understand that there are many factors that go into such a weighty decision, not the least of which is our collective personal well being. In this instance, with where things are TODAY, making a speculative decision for an event a month and a half from now is just t...oo risky. We have chosen to err on the side of caution. With that said, we are more hopeful than ever that we can safely bring you a Spring 2021 edition of our show. Dear friends of the Eastern National Antique Show, These are definitely wild, unprecedented times we all find ourselves in. We hope this post finds you well, in good health, and adjusting to this new norm. Unfortunately, we have reached that inevitable point. Given the COVID-19 pandemic, regrettably, we are forced to cancel the May 2020 edition of the Eastern National Antique show. As many of you may know, the Early American Patten Glass Society has also canceled its nati...onal convention which was slated to take place at the same time as our show. While we have hit a road bump for this show, please know that we are planning on going full steam ahead with the November event which is scheduled to take place on 11/20/20-11/21/20. That plan is, however, subject to further developments and potential setbacks as a result of the virus. We are hoping that the situation has leveled off or been fully eradicated by then so that the world can go back to life as normal and we can continue to fuel our passion for all things vintage! It is with a heavy heart that I share with the Eastern National family of another loss. I spoke with Debra Dodd Knickerbocker, wife of Lon, who informed me of Lon’s passing of a heart attack this past weekend. For those who didn’t know Lon personally, as you entered the show he had the first booth on the right hand side of the second row. He was well known for carrying a wide variety of lots of cool, hard to find, and unusual items. ... Lon had exhibited with the show for years and had a huge customer base. We wanted to take advantage of social media to get the word out to as many friends as possible. Our glass family has sustained the loss of another passionate, significant member.
