Eaton Exterior Restoration was out in Leesport replacing another old roof today!!

Sales reps are out here in Exeter Township getting it done. Another Free Inspection leads to another full roof replacement. This homeowner contacted us back in February for a Free inspection because he had a water stain on his 2nd floor ceiling. We were able to have the hardest insurance company in the world to work with . (Allstate) approve a full roof replacement. Just installed a beautifull upgraded architectural shingle on this home over the weekend. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to help you out.

Who now owns and operates his own local general contracting company here locally. I find this attempt of smearing contractors to be down right disgusting. Unfortunately many will receive this post and read it as fact. Just because it is coming from the insurance company. The same people who would love to continue taking your premiums for life with...out ever having to pay you for a claim. Even if damages warrant them to. They are the ones using catchy slogans like . "Like a good neighbor." Or "your in good hands." Be weary of any carrier trying to push this non sense on you as a policy holder. Just another scare tactic to keep you from using your policy. They do this because they know that they can't raise your rates for filing under these such catastrophe claims. They are playing towards your ignorance on the subject. ***What a joke. This insurance company I a known fraud. Refuses to pay for legitimate storm related damage and then files bankruptcy. Gets bailed out and still denies coverages to their insured. Hail storm ravage 10s of thousands of homes at a time. Not enough local companies to be able to handle that. Out of town contractors serve a purpose. They bring attention to the severity of possible damage. And they help cover areas that simply would go unattended by the local companies that become overwhelmed. They also know the insurance process far better as this is what they specialize in. Insurance company does not call you when hail hits to ask you if you would like for them to look at the roof siding or all exterior. They hope you never call. Meanwhile they give you only 1 year to file a claim for this catastrophe. Knowing the hail damage that is likely there . Doesn't start showing signs like leaks on ceilings for up to 2 to 5 years down the road. Leaving it to late to be covered under the catastrophe storm date. Hence meaning if you want it covered you face the risk of having policy payments increased and could possibly be dropped for filing the claim. This is very misleading, smear tactic as well as just another way to pump fear into their insureds. *** Don't fall for these tactics. Just make sure you do your homework on the company that shows up at your door offering help. Many are very knowledgeable and skilled enough to ensure your insurance company is not the 1 truly taking advantage of you and your situation.
