Economy Boro Tax Office

2021 Economy Borough Taxes will be mailed on 3-1-21. Please call the office if you don’t receive them around a week after that date.

Last night the school board approved the extension of the 2020 school taxes. So if you haven’t paid your 2020 school taxes yet, you have until 3-30-21 to do so.

I have a few people who still need to pay their 5th and final installment payment for the 2020 school tax. You still have time before they go to tax claim. If you have any questions please call 724-390-0226.

The tax office will be closed October 14th and 15th. The office is getting new carpet.

I have been getting drop offs put into my mailbox. Please do not put them there. If the mailman takes then, they will never be seen again. I have a mail slot on my office door that says TAX DROP OFF. Please put them there. Thank you!

The office is open August 29th 2020 (Saturday), 9am-12pm.

Starting Monday June 1st, The Economy tax office will be open regular hours.

I just was notified that the Borough Building is closing to the public. Since I’m on their property I have to too. I’ll still be in the office working so you can still pay your taxes by mail or use the mail slot in the office door for drop off. Sorry for the inconvenience and stay healthy!
