Busy, busy, busy preparing, coating & dipping many pounds of hand dipped fresh made chocolates. If you have never purchased from me before , your missing out . I use Wilbur's top of the line chocolate including even the white chocolate which has cocoa butter in it instead of oils. I then temper the chocolate & hand dip everything .
