Hi everyone, ERIE GIVES IS AUGUST 11 this year. We need your help. This has been a very slow year for the pool. The attendance has been about half what we are use to and so has our income. We don’t qualify for any of the grants because we were not paying employees back in February . We hope to have enough money to pay the life Guards and utilities for August but it doesn’t look good. Our insurance is over $4000 due August 31. Our Natural gas to heat the water at over $1000 for August alone plus $900 for electric. That represents a lot of people coming to the pool and selling a great many Cheese burgers during August. As you can see we need your help. Please keep the pool in mind August 11. Go to www.ErieGives.org from 8am to 8 pm to donate. They will take Visa, Master Card or Discover Cards.

Hi all you swimmers out there. We have just received approval to open the Edinboro Legion Pool on Saturday June 12 at 11am. The operation will look different to start out. We are required to reduce our daily numbers and I am still fighting about that. We are going to require reservations for entry to the pool grounds for Swimming hopefully the day before you want to come to the pool. At the very least do a call ahead to see if we have room for your crew. No one wants to turn away someone with kids if we don’t have room. Hopefully the numbers game the County is playing will go away soon. Our phone numbers is 814-734-3014. We will be having 2 seating every day 11am to 2pm and 2:30 pm to 6pm. Sunday’s will be 12 to 3 and 3:30 to 6 pm till we open fully. Hope to see you at the pool soon.

Pool Season is fast approaching. Start thinking about getting your pool Membership. Application for this summer will be mail out soon.

Thank you all for a another safe Pool season. We were happy to get $1300 from Erie Gives towards our $3500 new pump for the pool. We hope to continue to receive more donations for this equipment. Thanks again.

Please remember the Pool on Erie Gives Day, August 13, 2019. We have to purchase a new main pump for the pool and memberships were down this year because of the weather. Please help.
