@wpial_baseball today with @_SCHSbaseball_ @Brimspt and the Springdale Dynamo’s at Boston’s Ball Field in Elizabeth. The Eagle’s made a quick effort of it; winning 16-1 in the 3rd inning. The Eagles play 3 more games this week includ a big matchup with @southallegheny on Thurs.

Covered the Stop The Violence Shootout Tournament yesterday in Monroeville. All the former WPIAL greats and a few legends showed up to play hoops for a great cause. Lighting wasn’t ideal, but caught some great images.

Looking back at 2020......

I love luminaria for Christmas. As a kid, the ENTIRE town I lived in had it lined up/down the streets. The grade schools sold it so everyone had it out. It always looked incredible to me. I keep up the tradition each year no matter where we are. Tonight as the rain tuned to snow.

Felt like I had to go and see Jeno’s memorial today in West Elizabeth. I really had a moment seeing what friends had left for Jeno at the last place he was seen before he apparently jumped off the Elizabeth Bridge. Doritos, Brisk Tea and I guess the kinds of pens he likes to use in school. Then you see a Monster drink and a football. Same things that my sons eat, drink and use. Seeing him in a picture with a TJ Football uniform on too. Wow. Just so REAL. This kid was a WPIA...L and PIAA football champion. And his life was so bad due to the bullying that he felt the need to end it. So sad. So preventable. But makes me so mad. Just BE NICE TO EACH OTHER. We can’t let our young ones result to this. This should be a smack in the face for a lot of people. We need to wake up. Teach these kids to be nice and not bully. at Hyxposure Photography. See more
