Dear E&E Customers, We would like to address some recent activity on our Facebook page. You may have noticed a few negative comments. We would like to suggest, if you have a problem with us, to reach out to us with your concern. We have been in business around 40 years. In that time, we have come across very few customers who we could not make happy no matter what we did to try. That said, we do try. We typically go above and beyond to rectify any situation to keep our c...ustomers happy. We are a small family business and take pride in our company. Likewise, when we get a negative review, it hurts the people behind the computer, a small family business. This time of year is absolutely crazy for our business and we are "running" nonstop in the office, in the showroom and especially in the work trucks. Everyone is doing their humanly best to accommodate and please our customers all the while complying with the CDC work standards in today's world. For our customers who understand, we thank you. For our customers who need a narrower appointment time, we would be more than happy to add you to our spring schedule. That way, you will be ready for next year's holiday season.
