Always wanted to try a Pole Fitness class? Well, here's your chance! We are having a Beginner Pole Workshop geared specifically to those who have never tried Pole before! - 1 Hour and 15 min Beginner Pole Class - No Experience Necessary - Must be new student to Elite... - Specials and Discounts offered exclusively to students who attend the workshop! - Must pre-register, limited space available! - 1 Person Per Pole (3 pole sharing spots open by request only - email us to share with a friend!) - Class Limited to 12 People - Only $22.50! Recommended Attire: Shorts (required) and a tank-top. No lotion or jewelry (especially no rings!). Please bring a Yoga mat for the warm-up (currently not offering mats to borrow due to covid restrictions). ** All workshops are non-refundable. 72 hour cancellation notice is required for studio credit. This Hip Hop workshop will have you moving and grooving to the latest hits in music, and it is sure to give you an amazing workout in the process! Class will include a warmup/stretch, a series of bodyweight exercises that target the muscles that are most important in Hip Hop dancing, and a dance combination with choreography similar to what you see in the latest music videos, trends, and commercials. This style of Hip Hop allows you to bring your own personality and style to ...the moves, transforming it into a dance that you feel good doing. Please wear sneakers!
