Here are 3 ways to improve your rotation and common mistakes. We love take 2 deep breaths at end range and performing 5 reps to each side.

After cervical surgery I had a long recovery period with no exercise or lifting anything over 5 pounds. My balance had been affected and I would fall frequently. I did not walk fluently and had a constant fear of falling. My primary care physician suggested physical therapy. With the pandemic and the fact that I have never gone to physical therapy for anything and did not know what to expect, it was the last thing I wanted to do but knew I had to try to get better. I started... at Elite and was so pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was so upbeat and pleasant, from the time you enter the waiting area and are greeted by Hi Connie until you leave the building you feel like the most important person or patient there. The therapists are absolutely wonderful, make the sessions fun and are so encouraging as you were working with them. I sincerely thank each and everyone of them. After my sessions at Elite, my balance has improved so much I do not even think about falling anymore. I can walk fluidly without thinking about every step. I came to Elite Spine and Sports PT for back pain. I walked in not being unable to stand up straight or sit for long periods of time, and not being able to walk for any length of time. I worked with Jack Digwood and Taylor Ott as well as some other physical therapists. Everyone has been so professional and diligent in helping me get back to normal. Taylor has been the physical therapist I worked with mostly and he has been professional and extremely encouraging, taking time to be sure I am doing OK. Tennis elbow began as an inconvenience, but quickly became debilitating. My grip strength was reduced to the degree that I could no longer function properly in my day-to-day life. I became certain that surgery was a likely outcome after months of treatment elsewhere, so I signed up for physical therapy at Elite in order to satisfy that requirement by my insurance carrier. To my surprise, therapies I never heard of before were used at Elite. After only a few visits I could ...feel improvements. In two months or less I was back to 100% function. I was stunned and thankful. Everyone was great to me. They knew their stuff, had excellent notes on my progress, and fixed me when I didn’t think that was probable.
