We plan to resume elective procedures very shortly. We will be following all recommendations by department of health and CDC guidelines. There will be changes such as protective wear for staff and patient throughout your experience. Staff will go over everything when we schedule your surgery. Please stay healthy and safe as you health is our job and want you to have the best outcome possible

To our valued patients, With the heightened concerns about the potential spread of COVID-19, and other serious respiratory illnesses like influenza, we want to reassure you that ESC is committed to keep you, and our staff, safe during their visit to our Center. The outcomes we will see from COVID-19 depend on the chain of transmission, and we all need to focus on breaking as many links in that chain as can be broken. Surgery Appointments keep or reschedule?... Patients who currently are experiencing respiratory illnesses or fever should avoid a waiting room experience, if possible. If you or a family member has been out of the country in the last 14 days you may need to reschedule your surgery. We support you fully in that decision. To limit the amount of contacts we are asking you to only bring one person, your driver to ESC. Prevention To reduce the risk of infection, do the same things you do to avoid the common cold: Clean hands frequently with alcohol-based hand sanitizer or soap and water; we have hand sanitizer available at the front desk and in the clinical areas Cover nose and mouth when coughing, and sneeze with tissue or flexed elbow A mask may be given to them if someone does have a cough Practice social distancing by staying 3-5 feet away from others; avoid close contact with anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms We are taking all precautions at ESC and follow all regulations for cleaning and decontaminating per our licensure and accreditation as well as the CDC recommendations.
