Looking at about 3/4 inch of rain thursday night into friday morning. Thats not a ton but the creeks will most likely get a decent rise to them. Im not lookin...g for them to be blown out but the water could be swift and cloudy. Always hard to tell with erie weather but i wouldn't cancel your plans for fishing over it. I just put these in the store. Since its mentor youth day i am running a special promotion. THE FIRST 6 PEOPLE THAT BRING IN THEIR CHILD TO GO FISHING GET A F...REE UGBUG. So i guess these were a hit since they were sold out within an hour of the store opening. Lol. These will be in the store tomorrow at some point. I will post when they get there.

Some left over showers today of maybe another 1/4 inch but if you flip through the pics there is another big blast coming. Wednesday morning from about 5am to ...9am its gonna be an absolute downpour. Thats really gonna give the flow a big boost. The creeks are holding pretty good flow at the moment so the ground should be fairly saturated. That means all that Wednesday morning rain will go straight into the creek in one big blast. After this the winds shift and come out of the south opening up lake fishing too. Sounds like we can look forward to some much needed elbow room. Gotta get them fish upcreek... Guiding is more about teaching how to fish different spots than just catching fish. Gotta have fish in those spots to do that. Since it rained today i got in some much needed vice time. The display only had about 30 ugbugs on it. Look at it now . You asked for them and i delivered. ... The all new black ugbug. Check out how it stands on its head when you drop it. I'm gonna tie up a bunch of them because i have a feeling these are gonna be just as hot as the rest of the lineup.
