The Installation Ceremony for the newly elected 2021 York Elks Lodge #213 officers took place this afternoon. Incoming Exalted Ruler Thomas Banks is directly behind the podium. Congratulations to all and best wishes for a successful year!

Attention all members! The Lodge Building Maintenance Chairperson is looking for an electrician within our membership to assist in a small project. Today was a Spring clean up event at the York Lodge. Before and after pictures are posted. I, Daryl H., would like to thank Brent & Shannon S. and their son Matt, Linda B., Mike M., John K., Steve D. and Len & Robin W. for all the help this morning. Marilyn H. & MaryEllen D. were busy in the Lodge kitchen cleaning and sprucing up that area at the same time. All in all it was a great day and a lot was accomplished. Thank you all very much!

All I can say is WOW! Last night at our Lodge we began our Wednesday Specials and our members turned out to support our Lodge. While maintaining social distancing and all precautions, Elks members and their guests enjoyed a fantastic dinner, created by our incredible cook, Teresa. Thank you to our member volunteers who bartended, served, and dishwasher. This made this a very special evening. Another special event-Our Veteran Service Committee honored my friend, Randy Grove for all his work with "Hats for Heroes". Randy has made hundreds of hats for local Yorkers and now is making for our military. He received this award and enjoyed dinner with the Elks last night.
